All Cakes on this site are iced in Buttercream. Some of the accent pieces such as stripes, flowers and bows are made of fondant and can be removed before cutting if desired.
Here is the same cake 2 ways....The left cake is double layer, two tier. The cake on the right is single layer two tier.
