The idea for the hat cake is based on a cake designed by Michelle Pack
This cake was for Mrs Rogene Jackson's 80th Birthday. Mrs Rogene was my first grade teacher!
The cross stitch piece, needle and thread are all edible. The card on the bottom left is a copy of Mrs Rogene's Grandmother's needle case
The scissors, bobbins, and pastel cross stitch thread are all hand molded from sugarpaste and are edible. The purple and gold threads were placed for the Susan Moore School colors.
